SEPANG: The Higher Education Ministry expects institutions of higher learning (IPT) to optimise e-learning by 2015.
Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Khaled Nordin said yesterday by then, IPTshould have 30 percent or more curriculums in mixed mode of face-to-face and online.
