LEGEND has it that the water at Panchor Hot Spring (PHS) is so good that even fairies come down from the heavens in the early morning to bathe there.
At first glance, PHS, in Serian District, seems unassuming with its simple facilities, poorly-installed signages and absence of proper parking facilities.
