KOTA KINABALU: A sum of RM87.61 million has been allocated by the state government this year to finance social and welfare development programmes in the effort to create a caring society.Community Development and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Hjh Azizah Hj Mohd Dun said RM68.65 million had been channelled to the Sabah Welfare Services Department to implement its programmes.
