MIRI: Sarawak is monitoring the changes in sea level and sea conditions following the huge earthquake off Japan on Friday.
Although Malaysia did not face the threat of a tsunami, the Meteorological Department urged residents in Labuan and Sabah to stay away from coastal areas following the earthquake.
