KUCHING: The government covered much ground last year in rural basic infrastructure (RBI) development, especially in Sabah and Sarawak.This gives the Rural and Regional Development Ministry reason to be optimistic that the various initiatives under theGTP's NKRA to improve RBI in Sarawak this year would also meet its set targets.
