Brunei: Protect ‘Cultural’ Intellectual Property

Government departments and ministries are taking note of the issue of intellectual property rights by gathering their resources to learn more about the matter.

The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports recently held an intellectual property rights introductory briefing for its staff and officers as the ministry "has been tasked to sustain and develop the cultural heritage".
