The bilateral meeting between the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Brunei Darussalam and the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB), Singapore amongst all served to strengthen the existing established ties, sharing of experiences and best practices and exchange of information in relevant fields such as enforcement of drug legislation, preventive drug education programmes, intelligence and others.more..
