Pais Daging, Ambuyat, Lalap Daging and many more Brunei delicacies are introduced at the "Kenali Makanan Kitani" promotion at the Airport Restaurant from Feb 25 to March 13.
The range of local food is prepared and cooked by Bruneian chefs using fresh ingredients found in the local market. Encik Abd Rani bin Siteh, Food and Beverage Manager of Royal Brunei Catering, said, "This year's KMK focuses on food from the entire four districts in Brunei like Tutong rojak, ambuyat, roti kuning bakar, ulam, pais and many more. There are also many Brunei cakes or kueh like kusoi, bahulu, kek sarang, penyaram and tapai.
