Brunei Darussalam's first-ever Energy White Paper that is expected to be launched this morning by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam as the monarch officiates the Brunei Energy Expo 2011 is set to contain the future direction, overarching strategy and standardised guidelines for the country's whole energy sector.
